Account information: Your email address and display name when you create an account.

Profile information: Name, bio, interests, birthday, and photos you choose to upload.

Location data: Approximate location (with your permission) to show you nearby in-person meetups and help you connect with people locally. We do not store your precise coordinates.

Usage data: Which squads you join, check-ins, memories, polls you participate in, and streak/challenge progress.

Payment data: If you subscribe to Host Mode or advertise as a business, payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your card details.

How We Use Your Information

• To match you with nearby SquadMeetups and people who share your interests
• To display your profile to other members
• To process subscriptions and business advertising payments
• To award streaks, challenges, and engagement features
• To improve and maintain the service

Who We Share It With

• Other members can see your public profile, squad memberships, and check-ins
• Stripe processes payments for subscriptions and advertising
• We do not sell your data to third parties

Your Rights

You can delete your account at any time from the app, which removes your profile and personal data. You can revoke location and camera permissions at any time through your device settings.

Data Retention

Your data is kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, your profile and personal data are removed within 30 days.
